Production Dairy's 15/05/2018

Today's goals were to colour in the sword I had previously made, and also start up the whole thing in flash so I could start adding to it.

Above is the finished, coloured sword. To save time and be efficient, I am not going into too much detail with colouring, I am mainly setting down the base colours.

I had a little trouble using the live paint bucket tool, so I searched the internet and used this tutorial to help me.https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/live-paint-groups.html#live_paint_groups

I then started work in flash. I listed in word what each frame was (Homepage, Characters, Lore, Maps, Rogue, Weapons, ect) to make it easier to find each page. I then started on the "Warrior Weapon" page. I used a red smoke background, to match the overall theme of the warrior, and to make the sword stand out I used a light flare behind the sword.

Next steps

Next I will be creating a text box on the opposite side and listing the abilities that the warrior has.

I also thought it would be a cool idea to have an animation on the sword of it filling up with blood. (As that is what the sword is intended for with the ultimate ability)
