Now that I had everything ready to put together, I figured I would do so. I had guessed that it wouldn't really take longer than 3 hours to put everything together into Adobe Animate and I was right, it really didn't take long at all and was probably the least time consuming thing for the whole of production.
I decided to just start fresh in Animate. Now that I had a new background to use and new characters it just made sense to start fresh with Animate also.

I started with making the title page. I placed the background I had made and wrote out the page (frame) names that I was going to make, which I later on turned into buttons in order to be clickable so they would actually take you to the next frame. I later on added the title "Legend" and moved everything to the left, as from looking at different title screens in a previous blog post, I thought it looked a lot cooler to the side rather than in the middle.
I decided to put each page/frame into a different layer, and then have a layers like "background "buttons" "Images", which i then put into a folder, naming it the name of that page so I could easily work out which page is what and so i could also lock layers easier.
I went along creating the frames/pages I wanted before I started using Action-script 3.0 to make it all work. This way I could keep track of what I've done better.
I made the characters page, and from that a page for each character, Lilith, Kyra & Avicia. On their pages I placed images of the characters along with three buttons. "Backstory" Which gives a brief explanation of the characters backstory. "5 Facts" 5 facts about the character. I thought of this last minute, but thought it would be a good idea to put in so that people could get to know the characters better, some funny facts, weird facts, disturbing facts. And lastly "Powers", where I listed all of the abilities that I came up with for each character. When you hovered over these buttons, the text would show, and when you hovered away, the text would disappear. This is what I also did in my previous project, Chihiro Returns, and people seemed to really like it as it's something different and new.
I made the page for the map, and I made a Lore page, where I told the backstory of the game idea (with Vaethilis & Olmera). I layed this out like an intereactive story, there were a few pages to it and you could click "next" or "back" or "home" to take you directly to the home page.
I also made an about page, explaining the general game idea.
I didn;t include too much about the game idea as I had already made a GDD on this and thought it wasn't essential to my character profiles.
After making all the pages/frames I wanted and perfecting them, I then added in the code.

The code I mostly used was the "Go to frame and stop", which I had learnt from my previous project I made in Animate "Chihiro Returns".
And with adding all the code my interactive character profile was complete! Here is a video of my final piece below, as I unfortunately was unable to upload it to my blog. (Even though it should of worked, it doesn't and I can't work out why.)
I will have a Final Conclusion blog post up where I will be explaining my conclusion in detail.
