Gantt Chart

To successfully plan out my time I made a gantt chart.
This enables me to know what I'm suppose to be doing and when.
This may change if I decide to add in more things or change my idea, but if it does change I will be updating it.

I will be doing both primary and secondary research throughout the project along with blog posts documenting my progress. It is important to do research throughout so I can gather ideas, solve problems and improve my work.
Planning such as story development and mood boards I have done early on in hopes I would of researched enough to help me with those things, but in my opinion I think this doesn't need an exact time, as long as it's done way before I design the characters.
I'm giving myself three weeks to put everything together. I believe this will be more than enough time. I'm taking an estimated guess that drawing the characters will take 1 and 1/2 weeks if I work on them every day, and putting them together in Adobe Animate wont take much time as I have previous knowledge using Adobe Animate from projects in the past.
I will be constantly getting people I give their opinions throughout working on my project, making surveys, questionnaires and play-tests.
I will be constantly looking back on this chart to make sure I'm up to speed on things.
